What currency are the prices displayed in?
All prices on our website are shown in USD (U.S. Dollars).

I just placed an order. When will it ship?
We do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow 3-5 days for production before your order is shipped. On average, delivery times are between 5-7 days. You will receive a tracking number 2-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at support@maamoo.co.

Can I return my order if I'm unsatisfied or have an issue?
Yes! We offer a 100% money-back guarantee for defective or damaged products. You have 30 days to return your item for a full refund. Please note that the return shipping cost is your responsibility. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund for the full purchase amount. Make sure to include your name and order number when returning the parcel. Important: If your order is still in transit, you must wait until it arrives before returning it for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order without any penalties if it hasn’t shipped yet. If your order has already been dispatched, you can use our simple return system for a full refund.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
If you’ve entered an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email with the corrected details. If the address needs to be updated, please email us at support@maamoo.co within 24 hours of placing your order. We can only make changes to the address within this time frame. Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued after the 24-hour window.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on location, as we ship worldwide from multiple fulfillment centers. On average, delivery takes 5-7 business days.
